Located in the heart of Doha Old Town, Kimpton Al Rowda Doha will be the first Kimpton in the Middle East bringing the brand’s playful energy, infectious personality, and unique design style to this charming and vibrant area of town. Just a stone’s throw from the many favorite sights of the Qatari capital, the hotel will welcome guests and locals to experience its 283 guest rooms, including suites and serviced apartments, and to enjoy a multitude of unique dining options. As the Risk & Security Manager, you’ll direct the Security and Risk Department of the hotel and you will be responsible for all aspects of security, risk management and FLS on hotel promises and staff accommodation. You will also coordinate with government and law enforcement and ensure compliance with local safety legislation and emergency procedures. Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for: - Bachelor’s Degree or vocational degree. - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the security/loss prevention, risk assessment or related professional area. - Must be fluent in local language and English. - Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for security procedures. - Pre-Opening experience is an advantage We’ll reward all your hard work with competitive salary and benefits.
