**Summary**:

- We are seeking a talented and creative Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating stunning floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service. Your passion for flowers and artistic flair will contribute to the success of our business and help us deliver memorable experiences to our customers._

**Responsibilities**
- Design and create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, and funerals, while considering the client's preferences, budget, and seasonal availability of flowers.
- Provide expert knowledge and guidance to customers in selecting the appropriate flowers, arrangements, and accompanying accessories.
- Arrange and present flowers in an aesthetically pleasing manner, ensuring proper care, handling, and maintenance to maximize their lifespan and freshness.
- Maintain inventory of fresh flowers, plants, and floral supplies, ensuring an adequate stock is available at all times.
- Coordinate with suppliers to procure high-quality flowers, plants, and floral materials, negotiating prices and ensuring timely delivery.
- Manage the overall appearance and cleanliness of the floral department, including maintaining the flower display area, arranging window displays, and ensuring a visually appealing environment.
- Process customer orders, including accurately recording details, arranging delivery or pickup, and processing payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs, offering suggestions, and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Stay updated with the latest floral trends, techniques, and industry developments, attending workshops, seminars, and exhibitions as necessary.
- Collaborate with event planners, wedding coordinators, and other professionals to fulfill their floral requirements and contribute to the overall success of events.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Florist or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative floral designs.
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, foliage, and floral arrangement techniques.
- Proficient in floral design principles, including color theory, balance, proportion, and texture.
- Ability to work with various tools and equipment used in floral design, such as knives, shears, wire, ribbons, and vases.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to create intricate and visually appealing arrangements.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to listen, understand, and fulfill customer requests effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak seasons.
- Knowledge of basic business practices, including inventory management, pricing, and profit margins.
- Creative mindset with a passion for flowers and a willingness to stay updated with industry trends and innovations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a florist
- Experience in flower decoration techniques
- Excellent time-management skills
- Inside of Qatar with NOC
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
- Team spirit, with a customer-focused attitude

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
