- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders efficiently.
- Good communication skills for customer interaction and teamwork.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle kitchen duties.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

A **Shawarma Maker** is responsible for preparing, assembling, and serving shawarma dishes while maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards. Key duties include:

- **Food Preparation**: Marinate, season, and grill meat, ensuring optimal texture and flavor.
- **Assembly & Presentation**: Slice and assemble shawarma in wraps or platters with fresh ingredients.
- **Station Management**: Maintain cleanliness, organize the workstation, and adhere to food safety protocols.
- **Customer Service**: Handle orders efficiently, ensuring prompt and high-quality service.
- **Inventory & Stock Control**: Monitor supplies and coordinate with the kitchen team for stock replenishment.
- **Compliance**: Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations to meet local food standards.
- Performs duties as directed by the Management
