Key Responsibilities:
Showroom Sales:

- Welcome and engage with walk-in customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to drive sales.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products to maximize revenue.
- Ensure product displays are neat, attractive, and up-to-date.
- Manage stock availability by coordinating with the inventory team.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally.
- Process payments and issue invoices accurately.

Telesales:

- Make outbound calls to promote products, services, and special offers to new and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and social media channels.
- Manage inbound phone inquiries, providing product information and resolving issues.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure long-term engagement.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive outreach.
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions in CRM software.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in showroom sales or telesales roles.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Fluency in [required languages - e.g., English and Arabic] is essential.
