We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Expeditor to facilitate the efficient flow of materials, products, within our organization. The Expeditor is responsible for coordinating between departments, suppliers to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and track the progress of materials, orders, or products through various stages of the production or service process.
- Act as a liaison between departments (e.g., procurement, production, logistics) to ensure smooth workflow.
- Communicate with suppliers or vendors to confirm delivery schedules and resolve delays or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory levels, and shipment status.
- Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks or workflow issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Support inventory control and order management processes.
- Prepare and present status reports as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role (expediting, logistics, coordination) in oil and gas
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
