**Draftsman/CADD Operator Nature and Scope of Position**:

- Preparation of Civil/Architectural/Electromechanical construction drawings for new projects using Auto Cad latest version software as per the design details given by the design Engineers,
- Preparation of Civil/Architectural/Electromechanical As Built drawings for completed project using Auto Cad latest software as directed by Head, Technical Services Section.
- Maintain all the Civil/Architectural/Electromechanical As-Built drawings, Operation & maintenance manual and warranty certificate etc belong to Facilities and General Services to the standard level (on soft and hard copies)
- Scanning the available hard copies of the drawings which have no original electronic copy and maintain such electronic copies.
- Assist to the Head, civil and landscape section in preparation of the specifications when ordering the spare parts and services required to the drawing office.
- Assist to the relevant engineers in surveying, setting out of any building or project, taking off the site measurements etc.
- Assist the Head, Technical Services Section in calculating the quantities using the As-Built drawings,
- Assist the help deck in document controlling
- Perform other job duties assigned by Engineers, Head of sections & Technical Manger within the Facility Management

**Experience and Education**:

- Diploma in Civil Engineering (3 Years Course) in a recognized institute
- Successfully followed an Auto Cad course (Minimum 6 Months Full time Course)
- Successfully followed a 3D -Max course in a recognized institute.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cad Coordinator/ Auto-Cad draftsman in a reputed consultancy firm or a client organization like University.
- Fluency in writing, reading and speaking English language is mandatory.

Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month
