**Job description**

**Credit and Collection Advisor (Corporate)**

2)Reports to the GM on daily / weekly basis on the collection and feedback on each ongoing settlement.

3) Managing proper follow up on payment and collections with debtors.

4) Process collection schedules. Confirms payments from client’s debtors are collected punctually and as due comes.

5) Ensure all the critical information of the client is protected.

6) Aim to reach an acceptable target.

7) Suggest Client to transfer debtors for legal actions as and when required.

8) Contact legal consultants for legal actions initiated by company on behalf of client.

9) Experience in boosting morale among teams, allocating work, monitor results and

achievements

10) Solutions to collection problems and handling the difficult accounts

11) Ensure updating the collection procedure manual on regular basis. Weekly meeting to be held with team leader to discuss account review, client creation, collections, calls, results, & difficulties.

12) Generating & maintaining MIS reports pertaining to process delinquency/recoveries/variances

13) Corrective actions and presenting the same to the management for the facilitating decision making.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

Experience in collections, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Legal experience in collections and debt recovery.

Knowledge of collection laws and legal procedures related to bounced checks and overdue accounts.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

High level of integrity and ethical standards.

Expected Start Date: Immediately

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
