Job Title**:Demi Chef de Partie**

Starting Salary**:QAR 2,400 plus Transportation and Shared Accommodation**

**Job Overview**:We are seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to join our culinary team as a Demi Chef de Partie. The Demi Chef de Partie will work closely with the Chefs de Partie and Sous Chefs to ensure the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes. This position is ideal for a culinary professional with a passion for the art of cooking and a desire to develop their skills in a dynamic kitchen environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist Chefs de Partie in preparing ingredients and executing cooking techniques.
- Contribute to the creation and enhancement of dishes according to established recipes.
- Oversee and independently handle specific sections of the kitchen, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of dishes.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to maintain food quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned kitchen station.
- Manage inventory, rotate stock, and communicate supply needs to superiors.
- Collaborate with Chefs de Partie, Sous Chefs, and other kitchen staff to maintain a harmonious and efficient kitchen environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless flow of kitchen operations.
- Assist in maintaining high standards of food presentation and taste.
- Participate in quality control checks and contribute to menu development.
- Actively seek opportunities to expand culinary knowledge and skills.
- Participate in training sessions and mentorship programs to further professional development.

**Qualifications**:

- Culinary degree or relevant certification.
- Proven experience in a kitchen environment, with a focus on specific culinary techniques.
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Creative mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.

**Salary**: From QAR2,400.00 per month
