Key Responsibilities

1. Coffee Preparation:

- Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks, including espressos, pour-overs, and cold brews, following precise recipes and techniques.
- Calibrate coffee equipment daily to ensure consistency in flavor and quality.
- Experiment with brewing methods and bean profiles to enhance the menu offerings.

2. Customer Service:

- Provide warm, friendly, and professional service to all customers.
- Engage with customers to educate them about coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
- Handle customer complaints or special requests efficiently and courteously.

3. Equipment Management:

- Maintain and clean espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment regularly.
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report significant problems to the manager.

4. Inventory & Stocking:

- Monitor coffee bean levels, milk, syrups, and other supplies, ensuring adequate stock during shifts.
- Assist with inventory checks and ordering supplies as needed.

5. Hygiene & Safety:

- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper storage and handling of coffee and ingredients.
- Keep the workstation and surrounding areas clean and organized at all times.

6. Continuous Learning:

- Stay updated on industry trends, new brewing techniques, and specialty coffee innovations.
- Participate in barista training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
