- Must have minimum 2 years experience as an Accountant or similar role.
- Good understanding of Accounting process & prior accounts receivable experience.
- Having a Qatar driving license would be an advantage.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Prepares reports to Head of Finance regarding the No. of Students, Receivables and other KPI as required.
- Issuing the receipt& Invoices from the ERP AX system as required and maintaining up to date record and match with appropriate invoices in the system. Making sure that payments from students are properly accounted.
- Coordinates with the bank for transactions related to deposits (Cash, Cheques, POS, Bank Transfer/ Payment Gateway)
- Responsible for any cash shortages. Any cash shortages will be charged to personal account.
- Preparing receivables report; follow-ups with the parents/students and making the list with supporting documents for the invoices to be written off, if any.
- Heads-up overdue accounts to the Executive Dean/Head of Operations & Head of Finance to seek advice for further necessary action.
- Co-ordinate with Senior accountant regarding accounts payable report & assist accordingly with invoicing & payment processing during senior accountant’s leave.
- Checking/verifying of company expenses; generating monthly report and charging the expenses to appropriate parents/students.
- Handling of petty cash; ensuring that all expenses are properly approved with appropriate receipts and charging to the proper expense account.
- Assist in monthly commission report; distributing the commissions due to BDE and introducers/referrers.
- Assisting in the annual auditing processes, as required.
- Ensure compliance with university policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for students and parents regarding billing and payment inquiries.
- Any other duties / responsibilities as assigned time to time based on business requirements.
- Strong Communication Skills (English & Arabic)
