Job Title: Juice Maker

Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare fresh juices: This includes selecting, washing, cutting, and juicing various fruits and vegetables according to recipes and customer requests.
- Maintain hygiene standards: Ensure all equipment and work surfaces are clean and sanitized, adhering to strict food safety guidelines.
- Manage inventory: Monitor stock levels of fruits, vegetables, and other supplies, and promptly inform the supervisor of any shortages.
- Handle customer orders: Take orders accurately, answer questions about the menu, and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain equipment: Clean, maintain, and troubleshoot juicing equipment as needed.
- Follow recipes: Adhere to standard recipes and procedures for consistency and quality.
- Assist with other tasks: Help with other food preparation tasks as needed, such as cleaning, stocking, and assisting other staff members.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Prior experience as a juice maker or in a similar food service role is preferred.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of various fruits, vegetables, and their nutritional benefits is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent knife skills, ability to operate juicing equipment, strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills are essential.
- Hygiene: A strong commitment to maintaining hygiene and food safety standards is mandatory.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
