**HAIR SALON ASSISTANT/JUNIOR HAIRSTYLIST**

Chic and Posh Beauty Lounge is a high-end Hair Salon, with long records of Awards and fantastic services. Looking for a talented, energetic, fast and efficient full-time Hair Salon Assistant to join our team. Our goal is to provide exceptional service for our clients and have them walk out feeling amazing from the whole experience. Individual must be responsible, reliable, and professional at all times. We are looking for someone to grow with the company and ensure all customers leave our salon satisfied with our services and feel happy with their new looks.

**Requirements**:

- Customer Service Experience
- Available Weekends as well
- Ability to multi task and prioritize accordingly
- Previous experience in Hair section

**Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Welcome Clients and identify their preferences
- serve walk-ins
- Preparing and serving drinks
- Maintaining clean work areas
- Ensure tidiness of stations and sterilize tools always
- Fold and place towels
- Assist stylists with color and styling
- Knowledge of wash, rinse and dry client’s hair using appropriate shampoos and conditioners as directed by the Master stylist
- Cross-sell products or services
- Assist the floor at all times
- Ensure products are maintained clean, expiry dates are checked regularly and shelves are always stacked
- Form bonds with loyal customers

**Skills**
- Ability to do many tasks under pressure
- Hands-on experience
- Familiarity with hair treatment products and services
- Up-to-date with industry trends
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to work in busy place
- Must be a Team player
- Positive energy
- Must have some experience on the floor and be moderately proficient

**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
