**About the role**:
As a QAS Travel Senior Reservation Agent, you will be responsible to create reservations, quote fares and issue tickets as part of passenger handling at front office. Serve customers professionally through telephone or in person in order to achieve customer satisfaction, generate revenue and take all possible measures to avoid loss of revenue.

You will also be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Handle customer requirement/request professionally ensuring minimum complaints.
- Processing, communicating the status of the product along with the terms and conditions to the clients, in compliance with applicable travel policies.
- Up sale and offer other products such as Hotels, car hire, insurance, International license, airline packages and promote QR products to generate revenues.
- Sell the best available fare to passengers, without compromising agency revenue.
- Keep up to date with current airline fares, and general practices including worldwide immigration laws, and anticipating customer needs
- Issue tickets and EMDs (Electronic Miscellaneous Document) quoting correct fare, to reduce passenger complaints and debit notes.
- Advise changes in booked flights of passengers or to cancel or to confirm reservation.
- Calculate and process ticket refunds through system
- Prepare and promptly report all sales including refunds and voids in the DSR in the proper format

**Qualifications**:
**About you**:
To be eligible for this role you should hold High School qualification with minimum 2 years of job-related experience OR Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 1 year of job-related experience. Have knowledge on the Frequent Flyer Product, excellent command of English language, relationship building & strong influencing and negotiation skills and have recognized IATA / Airline Basic Tariff Course certification.

Able to speak in Arabic will be an added advantage.
