We are currently looking for a skilled B2B Sales Account Manager to join our team and drive growth within the telecommunications sector.
**Job Description**:
The B2B Sales Account Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing business relationships with corporate clients in the telecom sector. The role requires a dynamic individual with a solid background in sales and a strong understanding of telecom solutions and services. This position will drive revenue growth by delivering customized solutions to clients and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets within the telecom sector.
- Identify, target, and build relationships with potential B2B clients.
- Manage a portfolio of existing clients, fostering strong relationships to increase retention and upsell opportunities.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored telecom solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, pricing options, and contracts.
- Track sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends to inform strategy and reporting.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or telecom industry sales.
- Strong understanding of telecom products, services, and solutions.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English & Malayalam
- Valid QID & NOC
- With Driver's License & Own/Rented Car.
