**Linum Consult’s client is a major company currently seeking a Doha-based consultant specialising in Strategy & Value Creation to join their team in Qatar.**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Defining the strategy for the company, and supporting subsidiaries on their strategy definition
- Defining governance frameworks for the delivery of special projects and monitoring existing operations’ performance
- Leading major programmes execution: launch of new entities/companies, major projects, etc.
- Providing consultancy support to delivery teams throughout the lifecycle of their projects, from advisory and monitoring to acting roles
- Conducting project “deep dives” as required, and providing analysis and recommendations to improve the management of risk, and increase the likelihood of successful delivery
- Undertaking strategic programme reviews to assess the strength of programme strategy and management controls, and sharing best practices and lessons learned across the organisation
**PROFILE**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Around 8-12 years of experience in the consulting industry, developed with top-tier consulting or leading related firms (business or management consulting)
- Established international experience, with significant exposure to project-based methodologies and environments
- Currently based in Doha
