**Position**: Head Pizza Chef / Pizzaiolo

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and oversee a diverse and enticing pizza menu, considering both classic and innovative flavor combinations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new and exciting pizza styles and toppings.
- Ensure the consistent quality of pizza dough, sauces, and toppings.
- Implement and maintain high standards of food presentation and taste.
- Supervise and lead the pizza kitchen team, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Manage kitchen operations efficiently, including inventory control, ordering, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team and management to plan seasonal or special event menus.
- Adjust recipes and portion sizes to meet customer demand and control costs.
- Engage with customers to understand preferences and receive feedback.
- Customize pizzas based on customer requests while maintaining the integrity of the menu.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of pizza ovens, dough mixers, and other kitchen equipment.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs and replacements.
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo or Pizza Chef, with a track record of creating outstanding pizzas.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a kitchen setting.
- Expertise in pizza dough preparation, stretching, and baking techniques.
- Creative flair for developing unique and delicious pizza recipes.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to train and lead a team effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
