**About the role**

We are currently recruiting for Senior Contingency Planning and Service Quality Officer for Ground Services - Hub Support and Strategy in Doha.
- Build and maintain a Business Resilience plan for the Hub that ensures Hub readiness.
- Ensure to conduct a review the BIA document and identify critical functions
- Critical functions must have a Business Continuity Plan. Maintain a BCP for the Hub to cover Loss of systems, Loss of staff, Loss of key suppliers and Loss of Office.
- Test critical listed functions within the plan to ensure teams understand their role during an activation.
- Through Service Quality checks in the Terminal identify areas of improvement.
- Identify gaps and provide analysis for non-compliances observed on the ramp by the team
- Maintain and ensure implementation of Qatar Airways Local Emergency Response Plan at the Hub.
- Ensure the plan is revised every 6 months and the document is current at all times. Accordingly distribute the latest copy of the emergency plan to key stakeholders as defined in the GEMM.
- Ensure the training level of staff pertaining to LCC-RT, EHRT and Centre Familiarization is maintained.
- Establish necessary arrangements to ensure sufficient numbers of staff are released to work in the airport crisis response facilities in the event of any aircraft emergency.
- Define appropriate procedures for gathering and processing of data in the response centers to ensure the facilities are run in an efficient and effective manner.
- Conduct quarterly exercises to ensure to test the LERP
- Ensure regular checks of the Local Control Centre at the airport to assure the Centre is adequately equipped and all devices are functioning.
- Ensure safety and security audits of all Hub / Operational related business processes / areas to carry out proper risk assessments.
- Ensure that all Hub LOP’s are current and updated on a timely basis. Every LOP must be reviewed on a yearly basis once every 2 years by the respective business owner.
- Ensure that through a Quality management program, that compliance in areas of safety, training and service quality.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Must have High School Qualification/ Vocational Qualification/ Diploma or Equivalent/ with a minimum of 5 years job-related experience or Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with minimum of 4 years job-related experience.
- Essential to have an experience working in an airline, airport, ground handling agent.
- Familiar with the IOSA program
- Worked previously with operations compliance teams
- Preferred to have NEBOSH IGC Certified
- Knowledge on Airline Emergency Response and Humanitarian Support Roles
- Knowledge of QCAA and/or IATA regulations.
- Proven ability for solution-oriented, effective communication with internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Ability to meet required deadlines, result oriented.
