Located in the former Ministry of Interior building, The Ned Doha offers seven restaurants, 90 bedrooms, event venues, and Ned’s Club, a private members’ club that gives access to spaces including a rooftop terrace, a health club with spa, gym and 30m outdoor pool.

**Job Purpose**:
We are currently seeking a professional, friendly, and dedicated **Bellman** to join our dynamic team and help us uphold our reputation for excellence.

As a Bellman, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and assisting with their luggage, transport needs, and general hotel inquiries. Your role is integral in delivering a seamless and luxurious experience for every guest from the moment they arrive to their departure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, professional welcome.
- Assist guests with luggage, ensuring that all items are safely transported to and from guest rooms.
- Provide information about the hotel’s amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with the valet team to ensure smooth guest transportation.
- Escort guests to their rooms, ensuring they are familiar with the room’s features.
- Assist with various guest requests, such as arranging transportation, providing directions, or facilitating room service requests.
- Ensure the lobby, entrances, and hallways are clean, welcoming, and well-maintained.
- Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor at all times, ensuring guests' needs are met with a high level of service.
- Handle guest inquiries or complaints promptly and escalate when necessary.

**Qualifications & Competencies**:

- Previous experience in a luxury hotel, customer service, or hospitality role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A polished, professional appearance.
- Ability to lift and transport heavy luggage.
- Knowledge of the local area, including popular attractions and restaurants, is a plus.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
