Gathering feedback from patients to help improve the services offered.

Maintaining high level of customer service, ensuring that every interaction with patients is professional, friendly and helpful.

Keeping patients informed and satisfied with the services provided by the medical center. Multi tasking

Take care of insurance claims, approvals, network factor negotiation of the insurance industry.

Review agreements renewal of contract negotiations and empanelment.

Ensure the claim submission and re submission within the contracted period to ensure maximum recovery and avoid denials,
