**About Us**:
People First Care Centre, based in Doha, is a healthcare service call centre provides care management services to aged care and disability clients in Australia. We are seeking a passionate Care Coordinator to join our team.

**Your Role**:
As a Care Coordinator, you will:

- Assess clients' needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Build strong relationships with clients and promptly address their concerns.
- Educate clients on resources for their well-being and independence.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate records.
- Monitor and mitigate potential risks.
- Foster communication among care providers and clients.
- Act as a liaison, conveying feedback to improve services.

**What You Need**:

- Tertiary qualification in Health or a related field.
- Experience in customer service, care management, or a related healthcare setting.
- Unrestricted right to work in Qatar.
- Ability to work during Australian business hours.
- Fluency in spoken English and Arabic.
- Proficiency in written English and communication skills.
