Part-time QA/qc Engineer

**Location**: Doha, Qatar (Part-Time, On-site presence may be required)

**Duration**: 1 Month (Part-Time Contract)

**Working Hours**: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (flexible depending on project needs)

**Salary**: QAR 1,500 - QAR 3,000 (commensurate with experience and expertise)

**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Engineer for a short-term, part-time contract of one month to update our existing ISO documentations and procedures and to develop a comprehensive company handbook in compliance with Qatar Labor Law. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of multiple ISO standards and Qatari employment regulations to make a significant impact in a short timeframe.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct a thorough review of our current documentation and procedures for the following ISO standards:

- ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems)
- ISO 14001 (Environmental Management Systems)
- ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems)
- ISO/IEC 27001 (Information Security Management Systems)
- ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management Systems)
- ISO/IEC 20000-1 (Service Management System)
- Perform a gap analysis against the latest versions of each ISO standard.
- Update and revise existing documentation and procedures to ensure compliance with the latest ISO requirements, incorporating risk-based thinking and a process approach.
- Develop and create new documentation as needed for each ISO standard.
- Ensure alignment and integration of documentation across the different ISO standards where applicable.
- Develop a comprehensive Company Handbook that adheres to all relevant aspects of the Qatar Labor Law, including but not limited to:

- Employment contracts
- Working hours, breaks, and rest days
- Wages and salary payments
- Leave entitlements (annual, sick, maternity, etc.)
- Termination of employment and end-of-service benefits
- Employee rights and obligations
- Workplace safety and health
- Disciplinary procedures and grievance handling
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy in all updated documentation and the Company Handbook.
- Provide recommendations for further improvements to our management systems and employee relations.
- Potentially provide a brief handover or explanation of the updated documentation and handbook.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of implementing and maintaining documentation for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301, and ISO/IEC 20000-1.
- Strong understanding of the latest versions of these ISO standards.
- Familiarity with the key provisions and requirements of the Qatar Labor Law.
- Excellent document control and management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications in ISO standards are highly desirable.
