**Job Title: Marketing Specialist**
**Location: Qatar**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Strategy Development**: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support business objectives and ensure alignment with overall company goals.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (including digital, print, and events) to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- **Market Research & Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitor activities. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
- **Brand Management**: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity across all marketing materials and communications. Ensure consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design teams, to ensure alignment and coordination on marketing initiatives.
- **Event Planning & Promotion**: Plan and coordinate marketing events, webinars, trade shows, and product launches to generate leads and increase brand exposure.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Use marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.) to measure campaign performance, track KPIs, and generate monthly reports with actionable insights for optimization.
- **Customer Insights & Engagement**: Develop strategies to engage and retain customers, using feedback, surveys, and social listening to drive ongoing improvements.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in marketing or a related field, with a focus on digital marketing, brand management, and campaign execution.
- Strong knowledge of marketing tools, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, MailChimp, SEMrush).
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
- Creative thinking with the ability to design and execute innovative campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess data and optimize marketing strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the local market in Qatar and the Middle East region is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of Arabic is a plus, especially for engaging with local audiences in Qatar.
- Experience in event marketing and managing trade shows or product launches.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and managing partnerships.
