**1. Roles and Responsibilities**

**1) Payment & Invoice Management**:

- Create and process payment vouchers.
- Manage vendor invoices, track payment statuses (paid/unpaid), and ensure timely settlements.
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients and manage accounts receivable.

**2) Financial Record-Keeping & Reporting (TALLY, SAP)**:

- Maintain daily ledgers for all expenditures and collections.
- Manage and archive all supporting financial documents (receipts, invoices, bank statements).
- Prepare and organize monthly financial reports.
- Track and manage the status of outstanding receivables.

**3) Banking & Payroll**:

- Handle online banking transactions for payments and transfers.
- Prepare necessary data and documents for monthly payroll processing.

**4) Administration & HR Support**:

- Manage and maintain confidential employee information.
- Administer employee leave records (annual leave, sick leave, etc.).
- General Office Management
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting and administrative role.
- Experience in managing accounts payable/receivable, payroll preparation, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in TALLY is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel, for reporting and data management.
- Excellent organizational skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Must be currently based in Qatar with a valid QID. (NOC if required).

**Experience**:

- TALLY: 3 years (preferred)
- Accounting and Administrative role: 5 years (preferred)
