**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against purchase orders and invoices.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of F&B items following hygiene and safety standards.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs and inventory management systems.
- Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies to the concerned department.
- Issue stock to relevant departments based on approved requisitions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times.
- Track stock levels and notify management of low inventory or expiry risks.
- Coordinate with suppliers and the purchasing team for timely replenishment.
- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) principles are followed for perishable items.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and food safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Storekeeper in the Food and Beverage industry.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and food storage practices.
- Familiarity with MS Office and inventory software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

**Must be locally available in QATAR with a valid Transferable Qatar ID**

**SALARY : QAR 1,600 + Allowances
