Job Title**:Guest Experience Executive**

**Job Summary**: The Guest Experience Executive is the first point of contact for our valued guests and plays a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. This position requires a highly motivated and experienced individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service, and a polished, professional demeanor. The Guest Relations Officer will be responsible for ensuring that every guest's experience is seamless, personalized, and exceeds expectations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Warmly greet guests upon arrival, escorting them to their tables or seating areas, and ensuring a smooth and efficient seating process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with regular guests, recognizing their preferences and anticipating their needs.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints with grace and professionalism, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the café’s menu, specials, and promotions.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and offer personalized recommendations.
- Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area and guest areas.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide seamless service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist with special events and promotions as needed.
- Maintain a guest database and utilize it to personalize interactions and build loyalty.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a guest relations or customer service role, preferably in a high-end hospitality or luxury retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
