- Guide decisions for unplanned shutdowns by evaluating machinery issues.
- Analyze persistent reliability problems of rotating equipment and propose feasible solutions.
- Participate actively in RCFAs (Root Cause Failure Analyses) and HAZOP studies.

### Minimum Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- A minimum of 10 years' experience within the oil & gas environment

### Essential Skills:

- **Technical Competence**: Mastery over engineering packages & software crucial for asset management activities including maintenance strategies like RBI (Risk-Based Inspection).
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to identify complex challenges related to rotary machines' performance or integrity risks; providing sustainable corrective measures that enhance operational efficiency while maintaining safety protocols is expected.
- **Communication / Information Sharing**: Fluent English language skills complemented by effective presentation abilities enable clear articulation of concepts among diverse teams internally as well externally with OEMs/vendors/contractors-facilitating collaboration toward common goals without ambiguity or misunderstanding.
