Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to drive operational excellence. Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, MBA preferred.
- Technical skills: Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
- Soft skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Personal qualities: Strategic thinker, problem-solver, and results-oriented.
- Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a plus.
- Preferably from a background in the industry related to the company's business.
- Certifications in Operations Management or Commercial Management is a plus.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in operations and commercial management.
