ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Qualification
- Electrical engineer (MEP)

Job Responsibility:

2. Implement the work schedule and monitor progress of the work for timely execution of the project through daily/weekly/monthly/ reports with respect to review of the overall project.

3. Creating Enterprise Project Structure(EPS), Organization Breakdown Structure(OBS) & Work Breakdown Structure(WBS) in Primavera P6 (Database - Oracle & SQL)Under WBS assigning different type of Activities and assigning Resources that particular activities, Codes, Relationships & Successors.

4. Scheduling, Maintaining Base line and Tracking, Reports.

5. Co‐ordinate internal project team reviews followed by an approval and review by the client of the work schedule, progress measurement and reporting systems. Review status reports, modify schedules and plans as required and keep the management and Project director apprised of the progress on a regular basis.

6. Ensure that project controls documents such as resources histogram, schedules, reporting systems, material controls systems, etc. are fully developed and reviewed by Construction Management and that Engineering and Procurement interfaces are properly addressed.

7. Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when directed by the Superior.

8. Responsible for monitoring and checking site installations performed by subcontractors to ensure its adherence to the drawings and specifications

9. Taking the quantities and handling the tasks of monitoring the development of installation

10. Perform the tasks of maintaining drawing registers, drawing files as well as site filing system

11. Always following the updated drawing and submitting the variation report to the contracts dept.

12. Ordering the Required material as per Specifications.

13. Coordinating with other trades civil, mechanical, finishing to avoid repetitive work

14. Responsible for preparing method statements and completed construction documents

15. Liaise with clients and design department on installation details and design issues

16. Preparing back charges for the damage and submitting it to the Project manager

17. Perform the tasks of preparing defect schedules as well as ensure correction of the same

18. Handle the tasks of supporting senior level site engineers in complex commissioning of electrical equipment

19. Preparation of shop Drawings, raising timely invoices, variations ,claims and settlement, bill of quantities, finalization of various suppliers, subcontractors, work planning and execution of works with optimum resources.

20. Low voltage Electrical distribution, erection, testing & commissioning of motors, transformers, switchgears & relays.

21. Voltage drop calculations, selection of cables & wires, switchgears, motors, short circuit calculation.

**Salary**: From QAR4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
