Facilities Engineer

We are currently supporting one of our esteemed clients on a large-scale facilities management project within a leading educational institution in Qatar. As part of this engagement, we are looking for experienced **Facilities Engineers (ELV)** to support Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities and ensure reliable performance of building electro-mechanical and ELV systems.

**Location**: Qatar University, Qatar
**Salary**: QAR 8,500 (Full Package)
**Contract Duration**: 1 Month (Extendable based on project requirements)

**Job Type**: Short-Term Contract
**Working Schedule**:

- 6 days per week
- 9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1-hour break)

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee day-to-day Operations & Maintenance (O&M) of building electro-mechanical and ELV systems
- Manage and maintain ELV systems including BMS, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and related low-voltage systems
- Monitor system performance, identify faults, and implement corrective and preventive maintenance actions
- Coordinate repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted facility operations
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and client requirements
- Support system optimization and reliability across facility infrastructure

**Qualification & Experience Requirements**
- Graduate in Engineering (ELV / Electrical / Electronics or relevant discipline)
- Minimum **8 years of extensive experience** in Operations & Maintenance of building electro-mechanical facilities and ELV systems
- **Minimum 3 years of GCC experience** in a similar facilities management role (mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience in facilities management environments is essential
- Proven expertise in managing ELV systems within large commercial, institutional, or educational facilities
