Description

**Responsibilities**:
Supervise and coordinate daily laundry operations

Train, schedule, and manage laundry staff

Ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met

Monitor inventory of detergents, linens, and supplies

Troubleshoot and report equipment malfunctions

Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

Implement quality control procedures

Coordinate with other departments for linen needs

Prepare reports on laundry operations and productivity

Address and resolve staff or client concerns

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in laundry or housekeeping supervision

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent attention to detail

Good communication and interpersonal abilities

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Knowledge of laundry equipment and cleaning chemicals

Familiarity with health and safety standards

Problem-solving and organizational skills

Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
