**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Routine Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance tasks on PACUs to ensure efficient operation.
- **Diagnostics & Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment malfunctions, focusing on PACUs, to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- **Corrective Maintenance**: Conduct corrective maintenance including brazing and replacing defective components such as compressors and motors.
- **Installation**: Install new HVAC systems, with an emphasis on PACUs, following established procedures and safety guidelines.
- **Inspection**: Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to assess their performance and identify potential problems.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and installations performed on HVAC systems.
- **Safety Protocols**: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on HVAC equipment to prevent accidents and injuries.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Keep abreast of industry trends and developments in HVAC technology to enhance skills and knowledge.
- **Technical Support**: Provide technical guidance and support to junior HVAC technicians as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician in GCC countries, with specific expertise in PACUs, corrective maintenance, brazing, and compressor replacement.
- **Technical Expertise**: Proven expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting PACUs, performing brazing, and replacing compressors.
- **Education**: ITI / Diploma in HVAC or a related field.
- **Certification**: Valid HVAC technician certification or relevant technical qualifications.
- **Communication Skills**: Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- **Independence**: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- **Flexibility**: Flexibility to work in varying environments and climates as required.
