One of our reputed Clients in the O&G Industry is looking for a **Cryogenic Tank Expert **with the following details:
**Location: Taichung / Taiwan**

**Contract Duration: 24 Months**

Cryogenic tank expert on the civil engineering part only. For tank with facilities:
Supervision or Auditing on management of construction quality covering following at least:

- Review Test Report of cold insulation test piece.
- Dimensional check, pressure test & leak test for steel plates & piping materials of inner & outer tanks.
- Curve inspection of inner tank, leak test on vacuum box, check on welding seam & post check.
- Check on welding method, WPS/PQR & Electrode Handling.
- Check on welding seam including PT, Radiographic, pressure & leak test and heat treatment etc.
- Review on test result of cold insulation including pressure resistant, tension, adhesive strength, density & heat conduction etc.
- Check on civil works.
- Check on roof lifting works.
- Pressure test, hydrotest, leak test & PSV test etc. for inner tank.
- Leak test & PSV test for outer tank.
- Check on painting/coating.
- Assist CPC to handle shop inspection works for all materials & equipment imported by EPCC contractor.
- Assist Final Client to perform Process Safety Assessment, QRA & HAZOP review meetings.
- Provision of suggestion on site works improvement.
- Suggestion on various facilities tests & running test.
- Assistance on commissioning test, attending meeting of commissioning test and assist to handle on job acceptance & transfer operations.

The requested profile is as follows:

- Consultants for Technical works of LNG tank with facilities:

- Graduated from College having at least 10 years accumulated working experiences on Design or Review of Detailed design or site supervision for above-ground LNG tank. The one assigned for site supervision shall have both qualification of 「1&2」or 「1&3 and list below and at least one for each in the organization chart.
- To have at least an accumulated working experience of 5 years on site supervision records for Above-Ground LNG tank.
- To have at least 5 years experiences on QA/QC for welding procedure of 9% Nickel steel with having ASNT Level II or other level equivalent qualification for NDT including PT, RT & UT.
- To have any one qualification of the following:

- Approval Technician of civil construction.
- Approval Engineer or Auditor for pre-force concrete
- With license from local government for civil or structure engineering.
- Any other qualification accepted by client.

Please note that the customer must request ACI certification.
