**Department**
GAS OPERATIONS

**Primary purpose of job**
To provide specialist advice and assist in respect to the maintenance, repair and troubleshooting of process control and

turbine control instrumentation ranging from conventional electronic and pneumatic to sophisticated

computer/microprocessor based instruments at the plant. To plan and supervise the maintenance of the various

instruments and control systems of plant assets. Maintains and reviews maintenance planning schedules to obtain

maximum reliability and availability of equipment at minimum cost. Directs and coordinates the control and instrumentation

activities on daily basis and for major shutdown.

Ensures all instrumentation preventive and corrective works are carried out to the required company standards and

international standards for quality and comply with the appropriate safety standard codes and practices.

**Experience & Skills**
12 years in the field of instrumentation / electronics involving maintenance and repair of pneumatic, electronic, computer

and microprocessor analogue, telemetry system and digital process control systems, ESD and F & G systems preferably in

Oil and gas.

Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

Knowledge of use of computers is mandatory.

**Education**
Bachelors in Electronics engineering / Instrumentation.

Chartered Engineered status or equivalent.
