- Develop architectural drawings, plans, and three-dimensional models utilizing standard software, while ensuring adherence to building codes and regulations.
- Collaborate to choose the best materials, finishes, and colors that align with the project's design vision and budget.
- Engage with clients to gather project requirements, address design inquiries, and incorporate feedback into the design process in a constructive manner.
- Prepare precise architectural drawings and presentations utilizing software including 3ds Max, Revit, Google SketchUp, ArchiCAD, and Photoshop
- Ensure that all drawings comply with local regulations (MMUP Qatar) and are aligned with budgetary constraints
- Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders to facilitate successful project execution and delivery.

**what you will need?**
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills.
- Strong knowledge of Qatari building codes and local construction regulations.
- Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills.
- UPDA certification is an advantage.
