The Role
**Position**: Senior Risk and Group Compliance Manager Location: Qatar Company: Confidential We are seeking an experienced Senior Risk and Group Compliance Manager for a key client in Qatar. This role involves managing and monitoring an effective compliance, integrity, and risk management system in line with international and national standards. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage compliance systems and advise management on legal and Group requirements. - Implement and maintain risk management systems, identifying and mitigating key risks. - Lead data protection efforts and act as the primary contact for data protection issues. - Promote ethical behavior and provide training on integrity matters. - Oversee the company’s quality management system and ensure process maintenance. Key Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, HR, Compliance, or related field; advanced qualifications preferred. - 5+ years of experience in Compliance and Risk Management. - Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to travel and adapt to a dynamic environment.
