**1. Overall Responsibilities**:

- Management of Warehouse operations with the assistance of helpers.
- Supervises the unloading and placement of inventory items into the warehouse by the helpers & Checks the incoming and outgoing shipment to ensure that all paperwork is complete and accurate
- Receives and distributes inventory and coordinates supply.
- Arrangement of unloading the material to Warehouse and place it in proper places systematically.
- Inspecting the materials received and prepares the Goods Receive Note with the detail of quantity & quality of received material.
- Overall work as supervisor responsible for all the other related affairs of admin and security of warehouse.
- Ensures inventory is efficiently stored and displayed.
- Preparation of Delivery Order & Invoices.
- Prepare and send invoices to customers.
- Preparation and reconciliation of GRNS.
- Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits
- Coordinates plans and supervises all aspects of the inventory.
- Make the proper packing of material to dispatch to client.
- Confidentiality of the documents which are sent to warehouse.
- Collection of delivery note and forward to office.
- Collection of cash & cheques for payment against delivery and safe dispatch to office.
- Maintains warehouse area, keeping it clean and orderly.
- Coordinate with the Freight Forwarders for shipment arrivals & dispatches
- Daily reporting of shipments In & Out
- Keep stocks properly & maintain the record.

**2. Education and Experience**
- Professional qualification/ degree in logistics, warehousing or related fields, 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
