Arabic Female Restaurant Hostess

**Position**: Restaurant Hostess

**Starting Salary**: QAR 3,000 with free transportation and shared accommodation (QAR 4,200 Full Package)

**Position Overview**

As a Restaurant Hostess, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests. Your primary role will be to greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure the smooth flow of the dining experience. You will be an integral part of the front-of-house team, representing the restaurant and delivering a memorable dining experience to every guest.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Greeting and Seating Guests**:

- Welcome guests as they arrive, promptly and courteously.
- Manage the waitlist and reservation system efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables, presenting menus, and explaining any specials or promotions.
- Offer assistance with seating arrangements, taking into account guest preferences and special requests.

**Reservation Management**
- Answer phone calls and assist guests with making reservations.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date reservation system.
- Confirm reservations, manage cancellations, and handle any changes or adjustments.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure accurate table availability and minimize wait times.

**Communication and Guest Relations**
- Provide accurate and detailed information about the restaurant's offerings, including menus, beverage lists, and any other relevant details.
- Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Anticipate guest needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations and suggestions.
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests.

**Floor Coordination**
- Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and management to ensure the smooth flow of guest seating and dining.
- Communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders.
- Monitor the dining areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to the restaurant's standards.
- Assist in managing table turnover and maximizing seating capacity without compromising guest satisfaction.

**Miscellaneous Duties**
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance, adhering to the restaurant's dress code and grooming standards.
- Stay updated on the restaurant's menu, beverage selection, and any promotions or special events.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development programs as required.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Previous experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant or hotel environment is required.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest inquiries effectively.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor during busy periods.
- A positive and team-oriented attitude, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with colleagues to deliver exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required in the restaurant industry.

**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,200.00 per month
