- Participate as an auditor in plant occupational hygiene audits.
- Educate and train employees, technical staff and management on relevant hygiene aspects.
- Advise managers, employees and other stakeholders of ways to identify and control risks.
- Ensure implementation of hygiene risk management skills such as occupational hygiene regulations, standards and legislations applicable within the company.
- Perform in-depth analysis of occupational hygiene data and follow-up changes to guide management in setting occupational hygiene objectives.
- Ensure the objectives of HSE group and the roles and responsibilities of the different partners and hygiene master plan.
- Support the development and training of National employees.
- Provide input and recommend the continuous improvement of the company practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, changes in international standards and changes in the business environment which demand proactive action plans.
- Comply with all agreed occupational health and safety regulations in order to protect personnel and physical assets. Ensure that the work areas are kept in a clean and tidy state in order that work can be carried out safely and effectively.
- Generate or assist in generation of any departmental reports are prepared as per management request, in a timely and accurate manner to meet company and department requirements governing reporting.
- Follow of all relevant operational procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Provide leadership in the formulation of workplace environment policies and practices through collaboration with the Occupational Health Physician.

**Minimum Requirements**
- Degree in relevant field
- Professional registration in Occupational hygiene
- 7 - 9 years experience in similar position for a production/industrial operation
- 3 years in Supervisory role
