Job Title: Senior Architect (2-Month Contract)

Experience Required: Minimum 15 years

Contract Duration: 2 months

Overview:
We are a leading construction and engineering firm in Qatar, seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect for a short-term 2-month project. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with Ashghal project experience to contribute immediately to high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead architectural design and planning for ongoing projects, ensuring compliance with Ashghal standards and QCS (Qatar Construction Specifications).
- Review and coordinate IFC drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Supervise architectural site activities: concrete works, finishes, tiling, plastering, waterproofing, and false ceilings.
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, and civil teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare reports, technical documentation, and client presentations as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in architecture, with significant exposure to Ashghal projects in Qatar.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate availability is required.

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: Up to QAR14,000.00 per month
