**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and promotional material
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and audience engagement
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency
- Manage social media calendars and schedule posts effectively
- Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field
- 4-5 years proven experience in social media management
- Strong knowledge of **graphic design tools** (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
- Solid IT skills with understanding of web, analytics, and SEO basics
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Creativity and ability to work independently under tight deadlines
