Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional hair cutting, styling, and coloring services to clients, ensuring precision and attention to detail in every service.
  • Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs, preferences, and desired looks, and provide personalized recommendations and suggestions.
  • Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products, incorporating innovative styles and ideas into your services to deliver fresh and modern looks.
  • Perform various hair treatments and services, including but not limited to blowouts, updos, extensions, and chemical treatments, with skill and expertise.
  • Educate clients on hair care maintenance and recommend appropriate products and treatments to maintain the health and integrity of their hair.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon area, including sanitization of tools and equipment, to ensure a safe and sanitary environment for clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and fostering loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other salon team members to coordinate appointments, manage client bookings, and ensure smooth operation of daily activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your hair cutting and styling skills.
  • Certification or training in cosmetology or hairstyling from a recognized institution is preferred.
  • Creativity and artistic flair, with the ability to create stunning and innovative hairstyles tailored to each client's preferences and facial features.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with other salon professionals to deliver exceptional service.
  • Passion for hair care and beauty, with a dedication to staying updated on industry trends and continuously improving your skills and techniques.

**Experience**

  • Hair Styling: 1 year (preferred)
