**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, shoot, and edit **both photography and videography** content for property listings, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Capture **high-quality interior and exterior property photos** for online platforms.
- Create **video walkthroughs, lifestyle content, and promotional reels** that highlight property features and brand messaging.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and design teams to develop creative concepts.
- Operate and maintain photography, videography, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Edit photos (color correction, retouching, HDR blending) and videos (transitions, sound design, color grading).
- Organize and archive all media assets for easy retrieval and consistent branding.
- Stay updated with trends in real estate media, social platforms, and visual storytelling.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Photographer, Videographer, or Visual Media Creator** (Real estate experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of **composition, framing, lighting, and camera operation**.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro** (or similar tools).
- Creative eye with attention to detail and storytelling ability.
- Ability to manage multiple shoots and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with **drone photography and videography**.
- Familiarity with **color grading and image enhancement techniques**.
- Understanding of **social media trends** and **content optimization** for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Basic knowledge of **real estate marketing** and **visual branding**.
