The Civil Engineering Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all civil engineering and maintenance activities at the resort. This role involves managing a team, ensuring the structural integrity of buildings, coordinating landscaping, and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all resort buildings and facilities, including structural components, roofing, and waterproofing systems.
- Manage the maintenance of all landscaping areas, including lawns, gardens, trees, and shrubs.
- Inspect and maintain the exterior facades of buildings, including painting, waterproofing, lighting and cleaning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all civil and finishing elements.
- Lead and supervise a team of civil technicians, finishing tacticians, landscaping team and casual labors if there.
- Develop and manage the department's budget related to his assigned area.
- Ensure that all work is performed to high standards of quality and safety.
- Comply with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in civil engineering and construction.
- Strong knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and maintenance practices.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, BIM, MS word, excel and PowerPoint)
