**Role**:

- Experience in the field of power distribution equipment and electric machines operations and maintenance in oil and gas or petrochemical industry
- Ability in testing electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and oscilloscopes, primary and secondary injection to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
- Ability in reading and understanding electrical single, schematic and logic diagrams.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken is mandatory.
- Participated in planned maintenance, corrective jobs and overhaul of a variety of electrical equipments, major and minor includes generator units, HT & LT switchgear, motor control centers, motors and all electrical equipment associated with motor operated valves of low and high voltage rotating equipment complete with their associated control systems.
- Carries out switching and isolation upto and including 415 V
- Repair of emergency generators, alternators, high and low tension distribution networks, HT and LT switch gears, Ex HT and LT motors, UPS system, battery chargers and rectifiers portable electrical equipment, actuators for MOVs, lighting system.To diagnose & repair faults. Make use of test equipment such as Megger, AVO meter and repair manuals.
- To keep and produce /maintain basic records and reports of work performed, instrument readings, listing of spares required and findings.
