**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of the company’s garage and workshop.
- Diagnose and supervise repair and maintenance work for heavy equipment and vehicles.
- Ensure timely servicing, inspection, and repair of excavators, backhoes, trucks, buses, and other machinery.
- Maintain maintenance records and inventory of spare parts.
- Lead a team of mechanics and assign duties based on priority and urgency.
- Ensure workshop safety and adherence to company standards.
- Coordinate with operations and project teams for equipment deployment and servicing.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing garage operations for heavy equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge in diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and heavy machinery troubleshooting.
- Ability to read mechanical diagrams and service manuals.
- Good leadership, communication, and time-management skills.
- Diploma or technical certification in mechanical engineering or related field is preferred.

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
