**Primary purpose of job**

within and outside of QatarEnergy. We are searching for a highly motivated and results-oriented IT Project Manager to join

our dynamic team. In this multifaceted role, you will wear multiple hats, combining your expertise in product ownership,

business analysis, project management, contract management, and solutions development. You will be responsible for

managing custom solutions development projects lifecycle, from understanding business needs and translating them into

clear requirements to leading the project through successful delivery.

**Experience & Skills**
1. Minimum 9 years of experience as a product owner, business analyst, project manager, or similar IT delivery role.

3. Experience with Waterfall & Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, DSDM) and project management tools (e.g.,

Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, Trello).

5. Experience in managing vendor contracts for IT services.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions.

7. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to bridge the gap between technical and business

stakeholders.

8. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

9. Create and develop rapid prototypes (using low-code/no-code tools) to effectively communicate ideas & requirements to

business stakeholders and developers.

10. Design and implement highly available Applications & Systems using high availability patterns for scalability and stability

for solutions hosted on-premises and on Microsoft Azure.

11. Design and manage containerized deployments, ensuring scalability and reliability, working with container orchestration,

securing Docker containers, and integrating with cloud services.

12. Experience in cloud services and licensing/subscription models (e.g. Microsoft Power Platform, PaaS, etc.).

13. Experience in advanced secure Application Development Standards (e.g. OWASP, NIST, etc)

14. Prior experience in systems architecture, ability to troubleshoot complex systems, hands on experience with different

systems such as API Gateways and Enterprise Service Bus concepts.

15. Experience in data analysis, entity-relationship modelling and documentation of system functions and processes.

16. Experience in managing and executing multiple high value ICT Projects on time and within budget.

17. Experience in structuring and implementing systems integration using industry standard technology.

18. Strong awareness of current trends in cloud technology, systems development lifecycle methodology and metadata

management.
