**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field**.
- **3+ years** of experience in UAT testing, preferably in **banking and financial services**.
- Hands-on experience with **CRM platforms** (Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong knowledge of **test management tools** (JIRA, HP ALM, etc.).
- Understanding of **banking processes, customer journeys, and compliance regulations**.
- Ability to work with **cross-functional teams** and manage multiple test cycles.
- Excellent **analytical, problem-solving, and communication** skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with **automation testing tools** like Selenium, TestComplete, or similar.
- Knowledge of **SQL for data validation**.
- Prior experience in **digital banking, loan processing, or core banking systems**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 7 months

Pay: Up to QAR12,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Bank: 3 years (preferred)
- UAT Testing: 5 years (required)
