**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare ELV (Extra Low Voltage) system shop drawings, as-built drawings, and schematic diagrams using AutoCAD.
- Assist engineering and project teams with design documentation and drawing updates.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including drawings, material submittals, and technical data sheets.
- Coordinate with the procurement and operations teams for material tracking and documentation.
- Support project managers with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, schedules, and correspondence.
- Ensure proper filing and archiving of project documents in digital and hardcopy formats.
- Follow up with suppliers/vendors for documentation and technical submittals.
- Maintain accurate records of project milestones and approvals.
- Assist in preparing drawings and documents for authority approvals if required.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the projects and office.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical / Electronics / IT / Drafting or related fields.
- 0-2 years of experience in drafting, preferably in ELV / MEP / Electrical projects.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD** is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of ELV systems like CCTV, Access Control, SMATV, Public Address, Structured Cabling, etc., is an advantage.
- Good organizational and document management skills.
- Basic MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR2,800.00 per month
