**Job Title**: Warehouse Forklift Operator

**Experience**:Minimum 2 years

**Location**: Qatar

**Job Purpose**:
The Warehouse Operator is responsible for carrying out daily warehouse activities in a safe, efficient, and accurate manner. This includes handling materials, operating forklifts, maintaining inventory records, and supporting the loading/unloading of products while ensuring compliance with company safety and quality standards.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Secondary Education (High School) Graduate or Trade Diploma.
- Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Petrochemical Plant and/or Forklift Operation.
- With or without a valid Qatar Driving License.
- Physically fit with good eyesight, hearing, reflexes, and the ability to handle lifting equipment.

**Training and Certification Requirements**:

- Must obtain a valid **Qatari Forklift Driving License** (to be arranged by Contractor Company if not available).
- Must successfully pass **Warehouse and Forklift Operation Certification** requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload polyethylene (PE) products and inventory within the warehouse.
- Perform all necessary operations to load PE products into sea containers and trucks as per shipment requirements.
- Properly and safely install Sea Bulk Liners.
- Accurately record and maintain inventory movement using designated forms and checklists.
- Assist in conducting physical inventory counts and reconciliation of missing items.
- Ensure warehouse inventory accuracy, proper labeling, and correct loading documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Participate in all safety programs and initiatives (QSAFE, Safety Audits, Safety Campaigns, Housekeeping, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Qatar laws, and local regulations.
- Train newly hired warehouse operators on safety procedures and operational tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor.

**Job Requirements**:

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 20 kg overhead.
- Able to climb ladders and work at heights when required.
- Must be willing and able to work outdoors in high temperature and humidity conditions.
- Strong sense of responsibility for personal and team safety.
- Team-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills.

**Work Environment**:

- Warehouse and outdoor industrial plant setting.
- Exposure to varying weather conditions (heat and humidity).
- Requires wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
