**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns across **Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and YouTube**.
- Develop and implement **data-driven strategies** to achieve campaign objectives.
- Set up targeting, ad groups, and bidding structures to maximize performance.
- Create and test **ad copy, visuals, and formats** (static, video, carousel).
- Monitor campaign performance daily, optimizing for **CPL, CTR, ROAS**, and other KPIs.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce impactful ad content.
- Implement **retargeting and remarketing strategies**.
- Prepare and present regular **performance reports** with insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on **digital marketing trends and platform updates**.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Media Buyer in a marketing agency** (Qatar or GCC).
- Hands-on expertise with **Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads**.
- Strong understanding of **performance marketing metrics** (CPL, CPM, CTR, ROAS).
- Knowledge of **audience targeting, A/B testing, and remarketing techniques**.
- Familiar with **Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and UTM tracking**.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in **English**; **Arabic** is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines under pressure.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Advertising, or a related field**.
- Minimum **2 years of relevant experience in the GCC region**.
- Strong background in managing diverse campaigns for agency clients.
